  • With over 40 years of dedicated experience in Sri Lankan Yoga and Meditation practices, I bring a lifetime of wisdom rooted in ancient village traditions and mindful living. Born into a serene Buddhist family, my spiritual journey began early, guided by the teachings of mindfulness, compassion, and inner balance.
  • My practice focuses on anti-aging and turning back the biological clock through the union of Yoga and Meditation — helping students reconnect with their natural vitality and youthful energy. I am also an English-speaking Healing Energy and Bliss Yoga Massage Therapist, specializing in rebalancing the body and mind through gentle touch and mindful awareness.
